He has experience working on joint venture agreements, private public partnership agreements, contracts, purchase of high value real properties, and others. Dandee has experience in dealing and negotiating with various government agencies and instrumentalities, such as the Board of Investments, the Bureau of Customs, and Securities and Commission.

Two administrations ago including the current one, Dandee also worked at the Office of the Vice President (OVP) where he served as the head of its Special Concerns Unit and Deputy Head of the Vice President’s Office for Foreign Affairs (VPFA). At the OVP, Dandee was responsible for matters involving Overseas Filipino Workers when the Vice President served as the Presidential Adviser on OFW concerns. As such, he reported to the Vice President and the Head of VPFA. He coordinated with the heads of different government agencies and Philippine posts abroad to help OFWs who are in distress. He was also responsible in supervising the protocol officers detailed to the Vice President and to see to it that all events of the Vice President will run smoothly.

He represented the Vice President and the Head of VPFA in events hosted by different foreign embassies in Manila. He also accompanied the Vice President and the Head of VPFA in different meetings and calls of foreign dignitaries.
